About
A principal-led advisory firm built around structural clarity.
EJ Invest reflects the way Erskyn Joosten believes structural advisory should work: discreet, accountable and close enough to understand the business before proposing change.
The firm
EJ Invest supports established entrepreneurs and profitable SMEs in Belgium and, where relevant, across Europe. The focus is structural clarity: how ownership, operations, governance, fiscal efficiency and implementation fit together.
We do not replace the accountant, lawyer or tax advisor. We coordinate around the structural question, so specialist input becomes part of one coherent decision path.
What defines the work
Principal-led
Erskyn Joosten remains close to the engagement, the judgement calls and the final direction.
Discreet
Sensitive structural work stays private. No public references, no visible engagement details.
Coordinated
Existing advisors and selected specialists are aligned around one commercial objective.
Defensible
The outcome must be understandable, compliant and realistic to implement.
Founder

Erskyn Joosten
Founder of EJ Invest. Erskyn Joosten leads the firm with a practical focus on structural clarity, disciplined coordination and outcomes that remain defensible after implementation.
About the founder
Erskyn Joosten created EJ Invest from a practical observation: many established businesses do not lack effort, ambition or advisors. They lack structural coherence.
Over time, ownership decisions, fiscal choices, operational habits and external advice can start to move in different directions. The result is often not visible immediately, but it appears in slower decisions, unclear responsibilities, banking questions, documentation gaps or unnecessary friction.
EJ Invest was built to sit close to that reality. The role is not to add another opinion, but to help the owner understand what is already there, what no longer fits and what should happen next.
Erskyn's approach is deliberately calm and selective. Sensitive business structure deserves discretion, careful sequencing and a clear line of responsibility.
Trust begins when the person leading the work is close enough to carry the judgement.
